Paul Barton - Consultant Manager

After studying for the national certificate in Arboriculture at Cannington College, Somerset, Paul gained 6 years practical tree surgery experience working for a number of tree surgery companies in and around the Bristol area.

In 2008 he completed the Arboricultural Association’s technician’s certificate and subsequently worked as an Arboriculture Consultant for a number of consultancies across the UK. Paul joins the Acorn Environmental Management Group from Swindon Borough Council where he undertook a review of the borough’s tree preservation orders, as well as providing tree hazard assessments and reports.

Paul manages Acorn Tree Consultancy’s, UK Operations and by utilising the latest GPS/GIS and CAD programs, produce detailed reports and site plans for tree owners including local authorities, estate owners, commercial property owners and private domestic clients.
